Hazel has spent the last 11 years working in Primary Care Mental Health, previously she worked for the NHS in Exeter managing the Staff Support & Counselling Service across Devon. She now works across four practices in East Devon as well as running the psycho-educational courses programme  across East Devon.  Hazel uses an integrative approach which encompasses her training in Rogerian Person Centred Therapy, T.A. Systemic Approaches, Psychodynamic Counselling, EMDR, (Eye Movement Desentisation Reprocessing), CBT  ( Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), and IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy), as well as Counselling Supervision.

JULIA HOLDEN PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLOR UKCP ACCD

Julia Holden is a senior practitioner based in Exmouth Hospital Annex. She has been working with the team since 1997. Currently she covers two Exmouth practices as well as Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. Julia originally trained in Psychology obtaining a Bachelors Degree. She has completed courses in CBT, and EMDR. She is recently trained in Counselling Supervision

Linda has spent her professional career in the health service, initially as a  Chartered Physiotherapist and since 1996 as a registered Counsellor/Psychological Therapist working in primary care mental health. Linda now works in three surgeries using an integrative approach which encompasses her training in Gestalt, CBT,IPT, and EMDR. She is also a Clinical Supervisor and Stress Management Trainer in workplace, educational and health service settings.
